Community Connection
As a business that is minority-owned, we feel a responsibility to enrich people's lives in our community and contribute in any way we can. We have done this through contributions to non-profit organizations, local hospitals and stepping up during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Helping the local hospitals
With the impact of COVID-19 in our community, we recognized it was our job to support the people and system that are there when we need them the most. Our CEO, Kacee Vasudeva, made a generous donation to the Grand River Hospital to show his appreciation for all those involved. Later in the year, partnering with the Kitchener Hindu Temple during Diwali, Kacee Vasudeva contributed PPE, sanitizers, meals and a generous donation to St Mary's Hospital. These donations are just some of the many examples of our passion to strengthen the community and the people that call it home.
Taking charge during the pandemic
From the start of the pandemic, we recognized our role in stopping the spread of the virus and saving the lives of people in our community and around the world. With our experience in manufacturing and innovating, we produced tens of thousands of face shields and thousands of litres of hand sanitizer while also filing multiple patents to create products for people and businesses. The global pandemic made it very clear that when called upon to step up, everyone has a role to play. It was our mission to keep our community safe in the ways we knew we could.
