Automated Inspection

At the heart of our commitment to very high quality standards is our completely automated quality inspection process.

The robust process includes top of the line artificial vision control stations, highly accurate and sophisticated digital micrometers and specialized cameras for a thorough and foolproof inspection process for high volume and an even higher dimensional accuracy owing to the criticality of use.

We have custom built machines to complement our internal quality processes and to provide the data and feedback for SPC analysis using which we can define limits for the control parameters so that defective machines are set right to nip any quality deviations in the bud.

It is the automation of these machines together with the skill and experience of our machinists, that our concerted efforts for quality culminate in reputation in quality that speaks for itself.
